Rajya Sabha Speaker and Vice President Venkaiah Naidu said no MP had apologized for their rude behavior. Regarding this, Sanjay Singh said that the MPs are not mentally weak or crazy. They are accountable to the parliament of the country. The MPs are waiting for the government to do justice and run the House as per the constitution and law. “Look how the law is being brought,” he said angrily. Opposition lawmakers wanted to vote on the bill, but the government was not ready to vote.

Asked what the protests had achieved, Sanjay Singh said, “If the government wants to stifle democracy and does not show respect for the constitution, what will we do?” We did what we had to do. This time we can only keep an eye on the farmers and say, do as much as you can oppose.
Asked to apologize, Sanjay Singh said the government should apologize first. This bill should be rejected. The government has sinned, let it atone for it.
