BanglaHunt Desk: India has asked Pakistan to evacuate Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The Indian Foreign Ministry (MEA) said it had told Pakistan that the whole of Jammu and Kashmir, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Ladakh, an integral part of India, had been re-engaged with India. The complexity has increased with the extent of the car. That is why the Indian Foreign Ministry has issued a notice against Pakistan. Under pressure from Imran Sarkar, a Pakistani court issued an order on POK.
Pakistan's Supreme Court has issued an order regarding PO, prompting an angry response from India. The Foreign Ministry made it clear to Pakistan that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, including Gilgit-Baltistan, were an integral part of India. In such a situation, Pakistan cannot issue any order regarding the region by force. The court there also has no authority to issue an election order in a forcibly occupied area. India has said that such a move is an attempt to cover up human rights violations in the Pakistan POK. At the same time, India told Pakistan that the territories it had forcibly occupied should be removed.
Recently, when the Supreme Court of Pakistan questioned the vote in Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, India gave a strong response. India has made it clear that the whole of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Gilgit-Baltistan are heavily part of India.
The foreign ministry further said that based on the Supreme Court order of Pakistan, Pakistan should immediately vacate all illegally occupied places and vacate all places.
The statement said, “It clearly states that the whole of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh in the Union Territory, including Gilgit and Baltistan, is a completely legal and unaltered part of India.”
The Foreign Ministry said that Pakistan has been clearly told that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, including Gilgit-Baltistan, are an integral part of India. In such a situation, Pakistan cannot issue any order regarding the region by force. The courts there also have no right to say that they can issue election orders in the occupied areas. India has said that through such a move, Pakistan is trying to cover up human rights violations to the PO. At the same time, India told Pakistan that the territories it had forcibly occupied should be removed.
The Indian side has sought political justice from the Pakistani diplomat. At the same time, India has ridiculed Pakistan's efforts. Pakistan is forcibly changing the border of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Soon they were asked to vacate the occupied space. “The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and Gilgit-Baltistan are part of the whole of India,” the foreign ministry said.
“The Pakistani government and the judiciary have taken over by force. India is completely withdrawing this work. Pakistan is forcibly occupying parts of India's Jammu and Kashmir. This issue was clarified in the Parliament in 1994. Pakistan did the same in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir long before the deactivation of Articles 370 and 35A in Jammu and Kashmir. For this reason, Imran Khan could not show his face in the international arena with Article 370.
Pakistan also curtailed the rights of Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir through a special order. It's not too long. The incident took place on May 21, 2016. The then Prime Minister of Pakistan was Shahid Khakan Abbasi. India protested. Pakistan did not want to pay attention. Pakistan seeks support in the international arena on Articles 370 and 35A. However, the Imran Khan government is not in a favorable position. Exactly the Gilgit-Baltistan order of 2016 is making Pakistan uncomfortable.
