Sourav Ganguly mourns Soumitra Chatterjee's death, writes emotional message and pays last respects

Today at 12:15 pm, he left the Maya of this world and passed away. Soumitra Chatterjee has made a name for himself not only in Bengal but also in India with his acting skills. Our world has been fascinated by his extraordinary acting skills.

The legendary actor was admitted to Bellevue Nursing Home in Kolkata in mid-September after contracting the corona virus. He had multiple other diseases including cancer. And that is why his condition continues to deteriorate day by day. The doctors tried their best to save him. Doctors tried everything to save the actor by making multiple attempts including plasma therapy, tracheal surgery. But in the end, Soumitra Chatterjee had to accept death.

The whole of Bengal is in mourning over the news of the death of their favorite actor. The shadow of mourning has descended on the Tollywood industry. Many have expressed grief over the news of the actor's death. BCCI President and former India captain Sourav Ganguly has expressed his condolences.
