Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had given a strong message to the profit jihadists in the state. Yogi Adityanath on Saturday warned to take stern action against profit jihadists from an election rally in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
Referring to the Allahabad High Court, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the court had yesterday ruled that conversion for marriage was not legal. Following the court's decision, the government is now determined to take strong action against the profit jihadists. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “We will make strict laws in this regard.” “I warn those who play with the respect of our mothers and sisters by hiding their identities,” she said. He said, if you do not correct, then your Ram name Satya Jatra will come out.
The Allahabad High Court on Friday took an important decision regarding conversion. The court ruled that conversion was not legal for marriage alone. The court rejected the application of the couple of the opposite religion and asked the applicants to file a statement before the magistrate.
Notably, the couple appealed to their family to stop interfering in their peaceful married life. The court said they would not interfere in the couple's application. The court said one of the couple was a Muslim and the other a Hindu. The girl converted to Hinduism on June 29, 2020 and got married on July 31 a month later. The court said that the records show that the conversion was for the sake of marriage.
