Bangla Hunt Desk: Mathura District Judge's Court has accepted the application of Shri Krishna Virajman. The court issued notices to all the parties asking them to make statements. The next hearing of the case will be held on November 18. Let it be known that 13.36 acres of land in the birthplace of Lord Krishna was claimed by Lord Krishna. The petition also demanded the removal of the Eidgah. Earlier, the civil judge's court had dismissed the petition. This time the District Judge's Court will hear the decision on this application.
The petitioners said that our application should be accepted. The district judge has issued notices to all the dissidents. This time they have to speak for the mosque.
The Hindu side has demanded the removal of the Shahi Eidgah Mosque in Krishna's birthplace as illegal. At the same time, they have demanded to establish their rights in 13.36 acres of land. It is claimed that there was a bronze prison in the old days where the mosque is now. And there was a temple of Krishna. The Mughal rulers demolished it and built Eidgah Mosque there.
A petition has been filed in the Mathura Civil Judge's Court in this regard, but the Judge's Court dismissed the application. The Hindu parties then applied to the district judge's court for a hearing in the case.
